​You're a believer, but your life doesn't seem to match the promises in the Bible. You've prayed and fasted, but change is elusive. You're tempted to give up, but you know God is real, so you keep going—convinced you're the problem and you just need to work harder.

 

The truth is, you may have been conditioned to think in certain ways or unknowingly adopted cultural or ancestral misconceptions.

I help Christian women recognize and overcome generational behaviors and negative spiritual conditioning.  My work is grounded in 2 Peter 1:3, which states that we already possess  all we need to live great lives through the knowledge of Jesus.

 

This truth is the foundation of my writing, both my fiction Inside Out series, that features topics such as eating disorders, depression/suicide, domestic violence, spiritual abuse and racism - and the non-fiction series titled From Scapegoat to Sacred, which uses Biblical narrative to address dysfunctional families, generational curses, and toxic friendships, societal and workplace interactions.

I offer virtual or in-person sessions to address issues like:

• Generational trauma and toxic family dynamics

• Spiritual warfare and the enemy's strongholds

• Healing deep wounds through God’s guidance
